Services not rendered as described are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may receive a full refund. Cancellations after the service has commenced may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the amount of work already completed.

Process:

To initiate a refund, clients must contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of service delivery. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14 days of approval.

Non-Refundable Services:

Services that have been completed satisfactorily. Services modified at the client's request beyond the original scope.

Modifications:


This policy can be updated or modified at Homans Consulting’s discretion without prior notice, but changes will not affect any actions taken prior to the modification.
