Rebecca has a master's degree in education and 30 years of experience as a highly qualified behavior specialist and special education teacher. She is also a single mom of 3 adult children with special needs, two of whom receive support services through the Autism disability waiver. She provides personal development coaching for individuals and groups on improving communication and behavior. She also mentors parents in getting on the same page as their loved ones when having difficult
conversations. She created a 7-step blueprint to improve communication, which
is part of her coaching program.

What is said, and how it is said, between parents and children matter. The same can be said for employers and their staff. Words can get in the way and create problems if we do not speak with intention and choose our words wisely.

Parents have to embody and be the role-model for being more proactive and calm for their children; just as corporate leaders must respect and be open to the opinions of their emloyees which ultimately results in better productivity and a healthy work environment.

The partners I work with learn to demonstrate better self control, and reframe nurture-thinking because not everything we think is improving the quality of output desired or deepening relationships.
